PushUp Squad is operated by Marek Slavata, sole proprietor (OSVČ), registration number (IČO): 07520018, Czech Republic.

By downloading, installing, or using PushUp Squad ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

PushUp Squad is a daily pushup accountability app for iOS. You and a small group of friends ("your squad") commit to a daily pushup goal and submit proof before a shared deadline. The App tracks streaks, displays a Hall of Shame for missed days, and lets members deploy a limited number of shields to protect a streak.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PushUp Squad, or older if required by the age of digital consent in your country. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

Accounts are created using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

You retain ownership of all content you submit, including pushup proof photos and your chosen nickname. By submitting content, you grant PushUp Squad a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your content to the members of your squad for the purpose of providing the service. We do not display your content publicly.

PushUp Squad is free to use. Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; submit nudity, sexual content, or otherwise inappropriate imagery; submit fake or manipulated proof; use the App for any illegal activity.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App, which will remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushUp Squad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Pushups are a physical activity — you are solely responsible for your own health and safety.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
