This Privacy Policy explains what data PushUp Squad collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. It applies to the PushUp Squad iOS app.

Email address (from Sign in with Apple or Google). Display name and country. Pushup logs (date, count, completion status). Proof photos that you submit. Device identifiers needed to deliver push notifications. Purchase and subscription status (via RevenueCat).

To provide the service: tracking streaks, displaying your activity to your squad. To process subscriptions and manage purchase status. To send mission-critical notifications (daily deadlines, squad activity). To prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.

We use the following services to operate the App: Apple Sign In and Google Sign In — authentication. Supabase — backend database and photo storage. RevenueCat — subscription management. Apple Push Notifications — delivering notifications. Each service has its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.

We do not sell your personal data. Your pushup activity and proof photos are visible only to members of your squad. We share data with the third-party services listed above strictly to operate the App.

You can delete your account at any time from within the App. This removes your profile, pushup logs, and proof photos from our systems. Some data may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.

PushUp Squad is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete the account.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including in the United States and the European Union, depending on where our service providers operate. We rely on standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR), you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; request data portability; lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The App uses only essential data needed to operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or non-essential analytics.
